Wellspring Privacy Policy

Wellspring (“Wellspring” “we,” “us,” or “our”) developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we may collect, process, share, store, and transfer your Personal Data that you provide when you visit the Sites, access the Services and any other Site as a visitor or User (collectively “Wellspring”). All collection, use, and disclosure of your business and Personal Data will be governed under this Privacy Policy. If you donate to a ministry, our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data will be governed in all respects by the terms of the Services Agreement you enter into with us.

How We Collect Your Personal Information

Your personal data includes information related to your contact information, your donation preferences, payment methods, as well as certain demographic information provided through third-party organizations such as social media sites and will include things like age, gender, interests, and perceived interests in news or advocacy.

Wellspring will collect the following information on this and any of its websites:

* Your Name
* Your Mailing Address
* Your Telephone Number
* Your Email Address
* Your Payment Method Preferences

Through your interactions with Wellspring, you will provide directly most of the data we collect. We collect and process personal data when you:

* Give a donation to the ministry
* Sign a petition
* Submit a letter to a recipient

We may also receive your personal data indirectly from the following sources:

In addition to direct interaction on wellspringimpact.com, we may also collect certain information by the use of cookies and pixel tags. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our privacy practices for Wellspring. The revised Privacy Policy will be effective as of the published Effective Date.

If we make a material change to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you in advance by posting notice of the change on the Wellspring website before the change becomes effective. We also may notify you of the change using email or other means.

Definitions

Process describes any method or way that we handle Personal Data or sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, and consultation, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of Personal Data.

Site means the Wellspring website and official social media platforms.

User means you or anyone else who has established a relationship with Wellspring (for example, by donating) or otherwise uses or accesses the Sites.
